Artist of the Week: NWI-based punk band No Name No Number

No Name No Number is a punk rock band from Northwest Indiana. The frontman and guitarist Kyle Barron started the band with long time friend Connor Lindsey and drummer Terry Boylan. Kyle grew up listening to the punk scene and saw it as a safe haven for when he felt he didn't belong. His goal is to have No Name No Number provide a sense of belonging to others. No Name No Number will continue this goal with their upcoming sophomore album Depressed in the Midwest.

Song of the Week: Bipolar by No Name No Number

"Bipolar" was released July 28, 2023. It sounds like a classic pop punk/punk rock song. The influences of Blink-182 are pretty clear, especially in the vocals. The song is fast paced, vibey, and fun to dance along to. There's not a lot of songs out there about bipolar, so No Name No Number successfully creates space for listeners to be themselves

authentically and enjoy the music.
