Getting Over "Jobber" Single Review

Wisconsin-based 90’s alternative pop/rock trio Getting Over dropped a new music video for their debut single “Jobber.” The band went on tour in September with Ohio alternative rock group Red Temple Pray. Written in 2020, “Jobber” was a catalyst to start a music project after struggles with insomnia and lack of motivation. The band takes pride in a free, eclectic form of writing. The music video has a home movie feel, using vintage filters and colors. “Jobber” channels a light rock style, with acoustic guitar at the forefront and vocals that tell a story.
