Denver-based rock band Hollow Head dropped their new single “I Can See You” today, January 17th, 2024. The band was originally formed by multi-instrumentalists and long-time friends Jimmy Adame and Elliott Miller, who released their debut indie rock record A Spark of Madness in 2022. In 2023, the duo started performing with friends Ian Gerrard (lead electric guitar) and John Baldwin (bass). These full band performances inspired them to take a hard turn into the rock genre, drawing inspiration from Foo Fighters and other 90’s grunge bands, which is reflected in their upcoming 2024 self-titled record.
“I Can See You” is a dynamic, no-stops track. With passionate vocals and high energy instrumentals, this song emits the feeling of a live performance. A runtime of over four minutes allows the track to breathe, leaving plenty of room for musical variation and exploration. Blending catchy guitar riffs, vocal screams, and mosh-able drum beats, “I Can See You” dares listeners to open up the pit.
